imgsrc_ru

hello. i'm trying to install the batch uploader to a computer that is running windows 7 and kaspersky. every time i try the install i get an error message that says, "error opening file for writing: c:\program files\imgsrc.ru photo uploader\english.dll" then has click for abort, retry or ignore. the only option that doesn't produce the same result is abort. i've tried redownloading 5 times with no change. any idea what's going on? i've tried to find if kaspersky may be blocking it, but i'm not sure if i know how to do that.
